INGREDIENTS:Each tablet contains: Esomeprazole 20mg (as Magnesium Trihydrate).

Before using this medication, tell your doctor if you have ever had an allergic reaction to esomeprazole. If you do experience any side effects, such as dizziness, drowsiness, or unusual tiredness, stop taking esomeprazole and call your doctor for advice. If you experience any health issues, such as severe stomach pain, vision or hearing loss, or non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, see your doctor.
The most common side effects of Nexium 24HR are: nausea, stomach pain, headache, and severe back pain. These side effects are usually mild and will subside with continued use. Headache This medication can cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery if you experience side effects.
Keep all doctor and pharmacist aware of your medical condition and lab tests. Tell your doctor if you have chest pain, severe back pain, or pain or weakness on any change in behavior, and if you have any of these signs of kidney problems (such as a change in the amount of urine, pale skin, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
